WDSGlobal named as one of the UK's fastest growing companies for second consecutive year
2 October 2007: WDSGlobal has once again been named as a company to watch by the Sunday Times in its annual ranking of the UK’s fastest growing, privately owned technology companies. It’s the second consecutive year that the Poole-based company has been listed in the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100.
With revenues increasing annually by 60.03% (2004-2006), WDSGlobal was listed in 83rd place. It was also the 5th largest of the 100 listed companies by revenue. The company, which was formed in 1995, became a world leader in technical support services for mobile operators and handset manufacturers looking to provide their customers with specialist support for mobile data services. Today, the company has pioneered the concept of Wireless Informatics; evolving support, mobile device management, training and consulting services to deliver further efficiencies to mobile companies’ support environments.
WDSGlobal now has offices in the US, South Africa, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Australia. The company’s headquarters and European operations remain in Poole, Dorset (UK).
