WDSGlobal ‘one to watch’ on The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 UK ‘fastest growing technology companies’

 WDSGlobal has been announced as one of the top 100 Tech firms to watch in the UK according to the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 award, achieving an impressive position of 55th.
The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 awards rank Britain's fastest-growing private technology companies by their sales growth over a two-year period and is generally accepted as being a decent barometer as to a company's fortunes.
WDSGlobal qualified for the awards as a company whose business growth and success is dependent on the development of one or more technologies.
An indication of the kudos associated with these awards can be measured by the fact that WDSGlobal appeared higher in the rankings than established online brands such as the well-known distributor play.com and online bookmaker Betfair.
The substantial growth of WDSGlobal was one of the key reasons for the high placing in the awards as sales increased by 66% from £9m in 2003 to £24.8m in 2005, partly due to new contracts and global expansion.
David Ffoulkes-Jones, CEO of WDSGlobal was quoted as saying;
"The growth that underpins our triumphant position in the prestigious Tech Track 100 is testament to the teamwork, dedication and hard-work that has been exhibited throughout all regions and departments by WDSGlobal staff throughout the year.
