It should come as no real surprise when a recent TNS consumer survey of service adoption highlighted that a staggering 43 per cent of MMS capable handsets have never been used to send an MMS message.
It's a familiar story and one which is not peculiar to MMS, but applies to a variety of other non-voice applications which have failed to realise their anticipated revenues for the mobile operator.
