The company will provide free, on-site technical assistance to show delegates to fix any problems they are experiencing with their mobile devices.

The Mobile DataDoctor in action
The ‘Mobile DataDoctor‘ stand will be located on the ground floor of the Palais de Festival by the main entrance to the exhibitor halls, and will be manned by a team of mobile experts with access to WDS’ knowledge base, holding global information on every mobile device, configuration setting and service on the market. Any delegate with a laptop or PDA that they have never managed to pair or synchronise with their mobile phone, this is the ideal opportunity to consult the experts.
“Whatever your mobile headaches are, the WDS Mobile DataDoctors are there to help. If you’re equipped with the latest mobile gadgetry yet confused over how to get it working, or activated with your operator’s latest mobile services, the data doctor will sort it out,” explains Doug Overton, Head of Marketing at WDSGlobal.
