Once again, Wireless Data Services (WDSGlobal) is pleased to actively participate in the annual CTIA convention, taking place this year in Las Vegas, Nevada during the week of March 19th. In addition to showcasing its standard-setting technical support, training and testing services, this year WDSGlobal will demonstrate mouse2mobile.com, a new and unique over-the-air (OTA) provisioning product, mouse2mobile.com, already extensively tested and successfully deployed by network operators and manufacturers in Europe and Asia, can reduce customer query response time as well as bring increased customer satisfaction with the newly emerging wireless internet.
WDSGlobal will also introduce a new web based family of support solutions under the umbrella of mywds.com. Inspired by its unique and comprehensive experience in providing technical support to wireless data end-users around the world, WDSGlobal has developed and implemented a suite of tools, providing its clients with flexible and custom tailored views into the constantly expanding WDS knowledge base. A number of timely, new training and test programs have been added to the WDSGlobal portfolio.
