David Ffoulkes-Jones - CEO

David has worked for WDSGlobal for 8 years, having joined as an account manager and worked his way quickly up to be a key member of WDSGlobal.

As CEO, he is responsible for understanding and developing the future strategy of WDSGlobal and managing the development of regional offices. David has a background in customer relationship management, general management, sales and marketing and a technical education with a Bsc (Hons) in Hydrographic Surveying.

Since his involvement with WDSGlobal the total number of employees has risen from 10 to over 800.

Craig Rich - CMO

Craig was one of the founder members of WDSGlobal over 10 years ago. He has a background in solution sales, technical support and integration in the retail sector.

Craig has been instrumental in developing the support solutions, training materials, testing methods and documentation that the business was founded upon. Having been involved in all WDSGlobal's disciplines has meant that Craig has a well-rounded understanding of customer needs at all levels, from the end user through to the challenges faced by the manufacturers in bringing products to market.

Craig's skills have added value to the business through Technical Support management, Operations Management, and technology steering.

As a member of the board of directors, Craig is responsible for developing and marketing WDSGlobal's leading edge technology and ensuring the company aligns its product and service portfolio with the strategy of the business, plus pre-empting customer and technology needs in order to develop the roadmap for WDSGlobal products and services.

Craig also sits on the board for the OTA Flash Forum (OTAFF).

Michael Bateman - CFO

Michael has been with the company for 5 years, and has a solid financial background. Michael has FCCA qualifications, following a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology.

Prior to his present role Michael has progressed steadily in financial roles, having worked as an Accounts Clerk, Internal Auditor, Group Auditor, Management Accountant, Financial Controller, and Audit Manager.

He is responsible for the financial and operational aspects of WDSGlobal, with the Financial Controllers of the regional offices reporting in to him.

Gary Leake - COO

Gary is responsible for managing and aligning the company's business units in North America, South Africa, Asia, Oceania and Europe, delivering the operational excellence and scalability required to support the increasing demands of WDSGlobal customers. Gary brings to the role a wealth of experience gained from senior finance, operations and management roles, primarily in the technology and professional services industries.

Prior to this appointment, Leake held the role of COO for WDSGlobal operations in the Americas. Here he helped to establish a customer base comprising some of the region's largest wireless brands. Educated at the University of Washington, Gary continues to be based at WDSGlobal's Kirkland (WA) office.
