David Ffoulkes-Jones - CEO

David began his career at WDSGlobal as an account manager when the company had just 10 employees. He is now the CEO, having built the organisation to over 3000 employees across five continents.

David is responsible for understanding and developing the future strategy of WDSGlobal and managing the development of regional offices. David has a background in customer relationship management, general management, sales and marketing and a technical education with a BSc(Hons) in Hydrographic Surveying.

Craig Rich - CMO

Craig was one of the founder members of WDSGlobal . With a background in solution sales, technical support and integration in the retail sector, Craig was instrumental in developing the support solutions, training materials and testing methodologies that the business was founded upon.

Today, Craig is responsible for developing and marketing WDSGlobal 's leading edge technology and ensuring the company aligns its product and service portfolio with the strategy of the business, plus pre-empting customer and technology needs in order to develop the roadmap for WDSGlobal products and services.

Michael Bateman - CFO

Michael has a strong track record in finance roles, having worked as an Accounts Clerk, Internal Auditor, Group Auditor, Management Accountant, Financial Controller, and Audit Manager. Today as Chief Financial Officer at WDSGlobal and is responsible for the financial and operational aspects of the company.

Michael is FCCA qualified and holds a BA(Hons) degree in Sociology.

Gary Leake - COO

Gary is responsible for managing and aligning the company's international business units, delivering the operational excellence and scalability required to support the increasing demands of WDSGlobal customers.

Gary brings to the role a wealth of experience gained from senior finance, operations and management roles, primarily in the technology and professional services industries.

Prior to this appointment, Gary held the role of COO for WDSGlobal operations in the Americas. Here he helped to establish a customer base comprising some of the region's largest wireless brands. Educated at the University of Washington, Gary continues to be based at WDSGlobal 's Kirkland (WA) office.

Jim Beattie - Director, Global Business Development

Jim’s career has primarily been responsible for instigating and developing new businesses and opportunities predominantly in the Middle East and Africa Regions during his considerable time spent with several International Companies.

In his career he has held senior positions in companies within leading edge technology businesses, and prior to joining WDSGlobal was MD of two successful Companies within a South African group entity listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

Jim has been with WDSGlobal for 10 years and has played significant and varied roles during his time with the business in assisting to evolve WDSGlobal into the company it is today, by utilizing his business expertise and experience in the dynamics of Business Development, Sales Management, and Operational acumen.
